AT exercise 1.2

1. Brainstorm a list of at least three outcomes you would like to accomplish within the next six months.
1. I want to be able to adjust to living a college life while still trying to balance school work, friends, and having time to work because it is hard trying to balance all three at the same time when stressing over school.
2. I want to be able to keep off the freshman fifteen because I don't want to be one of the freshman's that get made fun of because I gained weight.
3. I wan to be able to keep up with school by keeping up with work to do and its due dates.

3. From this list, create one goal that you could accomplish within the next few months.
I would want to be able to adjust to living the college life without stressing all that much.

4. Set a plan of action to help you complete this goal.
1. I will go to the peer mentor center if needed.
2. I will try to go to the gym as much as I possibly can.
3. I will see my professors during their office hours for extra help.

5. Design a method to track the chosen behaviors.
I will keep a daily planner and keep track of everything I do.
